About the role
The Guest Service Expert in the Executive Lounge creates memorable dining experiences for guests, handling everything from table setting to coordination with the kitchen. This full‑time, on‑site position requires a proactive attitude and a commitment to safety, quality, and professional presentation.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables, ensuring a polished appearance for each guest.
- Communicate orders to the kitchen and monitor food preparation.
- Interact with guests, serve food and beverages, and respond to special requests.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, handling supplies and equipment safely.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted and 50 lb with assistance, and moving around varied surfaces.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and handle physical demands of the role.
