Field Assistant Operations – F&B

About the role

WOW MILKY is seeking a proactive Field Assistant Operations professional to support daily Food & Beverage activities across its branches, central kitchen, events, and pop‑up locations in Kuwait. This hands‑on role involves regular site visits, problem‑solving, and close coordination with multiple internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Visit branches and the central kitchen regularly to verify operational standards.
• Conduct inspections using checklists and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Prepare daily visit reports and update management on findings.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, discipline, and service quality.
• Track cleanliness, product quality, customer service, and brand compliance.
• Support SOP implementation and coach staff on correct procedures.
• Coordinate stock, wastage, supplies, and equipment maintenance across locations.
• Assist with the setup and opening of new branches, events, temporary kiosks, and pop‑up sites.
• Escalate unresolved issues professionally and follow through until resolution.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of direct F&B operations experience (restaurants, cafés, central kitchens, or food service companies).
• Valid Kuwait driving licence and own car for frequent field visits.
• Hands‑on, organized, and able to work under operational pressure.
• Strong personality to guide, correct, and follow up with branch staff.
• Good English communication skills and a transferable residency in Kuwait.
