Finance Manager – Accounting & Financial Reporting

About the role

We are looking for an experienced finance professional to lead our Accounting and Financial Reporting function within a leading financial services environment. The role combines oversight of reporting, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting and accounting operations.
• Supervise regulatory reporting and ensure compliance with CMA, CBK and IFRS requirements.
• Lead the preparation, consolidation and audit coordination of financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, profitability and enforce robust financial controls.
• Support Board and Audit Committee reporting and drive governance initiatives.
• Lead process‑improvement, digital transformation and governance projects.
• Develop and manage the finance team while collaborating with key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 12‑15+ years of finance experience in financial services or investment companies.
• Strong background in IFRS reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Big 4 audit experience preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, ACCA, CFA or CMA are a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical and stakeholder‑management abilities.
