Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will support the Finance Director in overseeing the finance analysis function for a specific business, combining leadership with hands‑on financial work.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to achieve financial performance targets.
• Monitor, interpret and analyse financial results, providing insights to General Managers and Directors.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Ensure strategic, business and quarterly plans are prepared and submitted on time.
• Review and enhance financial systems, recommend improvements and support new system implementations.
• Conduct revenue‑enhancing and cost‑saving analyses, including pricing and profitability studies.
• Evaluate capital expenditure models and manage internal approval processes.
• Coach, develop and lead a team of financial analysts.

Required profile

• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, CMA, MBA or equivalent.
• 4‑8 years of finance experience, including at least 1 year as a Finance Manager in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial and management accounting and excellent analytical capability.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills with ability to interact with VP‑level stakeholders.
• Proven talent‑development skills, capable of coaching and mentoring diverse staff.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools.
