Financial Analyst – Business & Financial Analysis

About the role

The Finance team is looking for a Financial Analyst who will provide clear, accurate, and insightful business and financial analysis. You will support business planning, project work, and ad‑hoc reporting, becoming a trusted partner for managers across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of the company’s value drivers and create analytics around key performance indicators.
• Produce qualitative reports on business performance, balanced scorecards, budgets, forecasts, market and revenue analysis, promotions, pricing, and capital expenditure approvals.
• Analyse cash flow, working capital, cost levels, and customer profitability.
• Integrate analysis into monthly management reports to highlight trends and insights.
• Support business planning and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with business managers, delivering high‑quality analysis and clear communication.

Required profile

• Professional qualification – CA, CPA, CMA, MBA or equivalent.
• 1‑3 years of post‑qualification experience in finance.
• Strong analytical ability to identify and interpret key business drivers.
• Solid knowledge of financial and management accounting concepts.
• Self‑starter, results‑driven, able to work across functions and in teams.
• Positive attitude, flexibility in a multicultural environment.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
