Financial Analyst – Business Performance & Planning

About the role

The Finance team is looking for a Financial Analyst who will provide clear, accurate and insightful business and financial analysis. You will support business planning, project work and specialist ad‑hoc reporting, becoming a trusted partner for business managers.

Key responsibilities

• Build an understanding of the company’s value drivers and create analytics around key performance indicators.
• Develop and maintain reports on business performance, balanced scorecard, budgets, forecasts, market and revenue analysis, promotions, pricing, capital expenditure approvals, cash flow and working capital.
• Provide clear analysis for monthly management reports to highlight trends and opportunities.
• Support business planning and forecasting processes.
• Liaise with business managers, delivering high‑quality analysis and decision‑aiding insights.

Required profile

• Professional qualification – CA, CPA, CMA, MBA or equivalent.
• 1‑3 years of post‑qualification experience in finance.
• Strong analytical ability with a solid grasp of financial and management accounting concepts.
• Self‑starter, results‑driven and comfortable working across functions and in multicultural environments.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
