Financial Analyst – Business Performance & Planning

About the role

The Financial Analyst will join the finance team to deliver clear, accurate and insightful business and financial analysis. You will support business planning, project work and specialist ad‑hoc reporting, helping managers make data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Understand the company’s value drivers and build analytics around key performance indicators.
• Produce reports on balance scorecards, business development opportunities, budgets, forecasts, market and revenue analysis, promotions, pricing, capital expenditures, cash flow, working capital, cost levels and customer profitability.
• Integrate analysis into monthly management reports to highlight trends and emerging issues.
• Support business planning and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with business managers, providing high‑quality analysis and trusted decision‑aiding support.

Required profile

• Professional qualification – CA, CPA, CMA, MBA or equivalent.
• 1‑3 years of post‑qualification experience in finance.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify and interpret key business drivers.
• Good knowledge of financial and management accounting concepts.
• Self‑starter, results‑driven and comfortable working on unstructured assignments.
• Positive attitude and flexibility to work in a multicultural environment.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
