Fitness Showroom Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Showroom Sales Manager to lead our fitness equipment showroom in Kuwait. The role combines hands‑on retail management with content creation, turning deep product knowledge into sales and engaging customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Run day‑to‑day showroom operations, including displays, stock management and customer experience.
• Demo equipment to walk‑in customers and match products to their fitness goals.
• Create short‑form video content that explains features, benefits and correct usage.
• Host occasional live demos, workouts or in‑store events.
• Achieve sales targets and relay customer feedback to influence product range.
• Build relationships with gyms, coaches and corporate clients.

Required profile

• Certified personal trainer or strength & conditioning coach (ACE, NASM, ISSA, REPs or similar).
• Solid understanding of cardio, strength and recovery equipment.
• Comfortable on camera and confident speaking to an audience.
• Retail or sales experience is a strong plus.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Based in Kuwait with a transferable residency; Kuwaiti driving licence preferred.
