About the role

The Paint Sales Technician will work on‑site in Shuwaikh, providing expert advice on paint products to customers involved in construction and renovation projects. This full‑time position supports the sales team by ensuring customers select the right paint types, colors, and application methods.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on suitable paint products, colors, and application techniques.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate with the warehouse for timely delivery.
• Demonstrate paint systems and accessories to customers and maintain attractive product displays.
• Collaborate closely with sales colleagues, contractors, and project managers to meet customer requirements and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, quotations, and customer interactions.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Proven consultative sales experience, with basic negotiation skills.
• Experience in training or guiding customers on paint application is an advantage.
• Background in construction materials, paint systems, or a related technical field.
• High school diploma or technical certification; vocational training in paints is a plus.
• Commitment to safety, quality standards, and teamwork.
