Food & Beverage Supervisor

About the role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor ensures seamless service delivery across all dining outlets, supervises staff, and upholds quality standards to enhance guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of restaurants, bars and other dining areas.
• Deliver efficient, courteous service that meets or exceeds guest expectations.
• Train and guide F&B team members on service standards, product knowledge and guest interaction.
• Monitor inventory, coordinating with kitchen and purchasing to maintain adequate supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas in line with hygiene regulations.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage preparation and presentation.
• Support implementation of promotions and events to attract and retain guests.
• Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for staff and guests.
• Contribute to SOP development and assist management in achieving financial and performance goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising F&B outlets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train staff and manage guest relations.
• Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation and health‑safety standards.
• Organisational skills to coordinate inventory and collaborate with kitchen and purchasing teams.
