Food Safety Officer – Immediate Hire (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Food Safety Officer to join our catering and support services team in Kuwait. The role is remote, supporting central kitchen operations and field rigs, and requires immediate availability.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QHSE standards across all food handling areas.
• Ensure good hygiene practices are consistently applied.
• Conduct employee training on food safety and health & safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to food safety compliance.

Required profile

• Graduation in Food Science, Food Technology or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in the catering industry with basic knowledge of food safety and health & safety.
• Age between 25 and 40 years.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional Indian languages are a plus.
• Preferred nationality: Nepali or Sri Lankan.
