Freight Forwarding Coordinator – Farwaniya, Kuwait

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in the Farwaniya area of Kuwait City. The Freight Forwarding Coordinator will manage day‑to‑day freight forwarding activities, ensuring shipments are processed efficiently and in compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process shipping documents for export shipments.
• Coordinate freight transportation with carriers and agents.
• Track cargo movements, resolve operational issues, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicate shipment updates and respond to customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise schedules, costs, and service quality.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge and practical experience in freight forwarding and export processes.
• Hands‑on experience with documentation, regulatory compliance, and carrier coordination.
• Excellent customer‑service skills with professional communication.
• Ability to work under time pressure, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple shipments.
• Fluency in English; additional regional language skills are a plus.
