Freight Forwarding Coordinator – Kuwait

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in the Farwaniya area of Kuwait City. As a Freight Forwarding Coordinator you will manage daily export and shipping activities, ensuring smooth movement of cargo and compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process shipping documents for export shipments.
• Coordinate freight transportation with carriers, agents and internal teams.
• Track cargo movements, resolve operational issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicate shipment updates to customers and handle inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal departments to optimise schedules, costs and service quality.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in freight forwarding and export processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments under time pressure.
• Professional customer‑service attitude with effective communication skills.
• Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Relevant diploma or degree in logistics, business or a related field is advantageous.
