Freight Specialist

About the role

At Boutiqaat we keep the world moving one shipment at a time. As a Freight Specialist you will own the day‑to‑day coordination and monitoring of international shipments, ensuring the right cargo leaves the right place at the right time with all required documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate international shipments from booking to final destination.
• Collaborate with freight forwarders, suppliers and internal teams to keep shipments on schedule.
• Track shipments, identify delays and follow up until issues are resolved.
• Prepare, collect and verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and bills of lading.
• Review freight quotations, check invoices and maintain accurate cost records.
• Act quickly on delays, discrepancies, damaged shipments and keep stakeholders informed with clear updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in freight operations, logistics or supply chain.
• Experience managing international shipments and working with freight forwarders.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong planning, organization and attention to detail.
