About the role
The Front Desk Associate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and employees at KPMG's office in Kuwait. This role ensures a professional and welcoming environment while supporting the smooth operation of daily office activities.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, clients and guests, creating a positive first impression.
- Notify relevant departments of arrivals and coordinate access.
- Answer, screen and direct incoming telephone calls courteously.
- Receive, stamp and distribute incoming mail and courier deliveries.
- Prepare and dispatch outgoing mail and courier shipments.
- Maintain logs for all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to concerned personnel.
- Manage and track help‑desk or administrative service requests.
- Update and distribute the internal telephone directory regularly.
- Monitor stock levels of daily office materials and distribute as needed.
- Oversee servicing of office equipment such as copiers and binding machines.
- Purchase office supplies and maintain adequate inventory.
- Assist with company driver assignments as required.
Required profile
- Good command of Arabic and English.
- Basic training in office administration or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar front‑desk or administrative role.
