Full-time Faculty Positions for Master’s Holders in Engineering & Technology

About the role

We are seeking full-time faculty members to join the Engineering and Technology Department of the American College of the Middle East. The positions are open to candidates holding a Master’s degree in one of the listed engineering disciplines and are focused on delivering high-quality undergraduate education.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and assess undergraduate courses in the assigned engineering discipline.
• Prepare teaching materials, labs and assignments following a learner-centered approach.
• Continuously update subject knowledge and incorporate industry practices into the curriculum.
• Provide academic advising and support to students.
• Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development and accreditation activities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree from an internationally accredited university in the relevant engineering field.
• Strong commitment to teaching excellence and student service at the undergraduate level.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse, interdisciplinary and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Industry experience is considered an advantage.
