History & Social Studies Teacher – International School

About the role

The American Creativity Academy (ACA) is seeking an enthusiastic History & Social Studies Teacher to join its IB World School community in Kuwait starting August 2026. You will deliver an American standards‑based curriculum to a diverse, international student body.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and assess History and Social Studies lessons in line with IB and American curriculum standards.
• Create engaging, student‑centered learning activities and resources.
• Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support interdisciplinary projects.
• Participate in school events, parent meetings, and professional development sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in History, Social Studies, or a related field.
• Valid teaching license.
• Open to recent graduates as well as experienced educators.
