Graphic Designer

About the role

The Graphic Designer will create fresh, engaging, and trend‑driven visual content for Marcom Kuwait’s clients and social media channels. You will translate creative briefs into eye‑catching assets that drive audience engagement across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative, trendy, and engaging social media content based on client briefs and brand objectives.
• Create strong visual hooks that capture attention within the first few seconds.
• Design static and animated content, including motion graphics, GIFs, transitions, typography animation, and short‑form video.
• Produce daily digital assets for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms (posts, carousels, stories, reels, short‑form videos).
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends, viral formats, memes, and content styles, adapting them for brand use.
• Develop campaign key visuals and adapt them across digital, print, outdoor, and DOOH formats.
• Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts from idea to final execution.
• Refine designs based on feedback while maintaining brand identity and guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong graphic design fundamentals with an eye for typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Understanding of social media content and digital‑first design principles.
• Experience creating motion graphics and animation for short‑form platforms.
• Ability to work on multiple brands and projects in a fast‑paced agency environment.
