Group Fitness Coach – Women’s Gym (Kuwait)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Group Fitness Coach to lead classes at one of Kuwait’s most popular women‑only gyms. This full‑time, on‑site position requires you to deliver engaging group workouts, obtain certification within a month, and contribute to a vibrant, professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily group fitness classes for 1–14 or 15+ participants.
• Maintain class quality, safety, and member motivation.
• Complete the gym’s certification process (approximately one month).
• Work 8 hours per day, six days a week, adhering to the gym’s schedule.
• Collaborate with management to achieve performance targets and earn commission.

Required profile

• Certified fitness instructor (or willing to become certified quickly).
• High energy, positive attitude, and passion for helping members achieve goals.
• Ability to work on‑site full‑time with no remote option.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary up to 450 KWD, rising to 650 KWD after certification.
• Commission per class (2 KWD for 1–14 trainees, 5 KWD for 15+ trainees).
• Total monthly earnings 850–1 100 KWD (≈ 2 800–3 300 USD).
• One‑year renewable contract with a 3‑month probation period.
• 30 days paid annual leave, health insurance, and accommodation for the first month.
• Company‑provided joining ticket.
