About the role
As a Guest Relation Officer at Grand Hyatt Kuwait City, you will support the smooth operation of the Guest Relations Department within the Rooms Division. You will work in line with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards, ensuring high‑quality service for guests, employees and owners.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the daily management of the Guest Relations Department to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Coordinate with other rooms‑division teams to uphold brand standards and operational procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining a positive guest experience.
- Support the implementation of corporate strategies and departmental initiatives.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum two years of experience in hotel operations.
- Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
Required skills
- Arabic language proficiency.
