Guest Service Agent / Front Office

About the role

As a Guest Service Agent at Hilton, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from arrival to departure. You will ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out processes while delivering memorable hospitality experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, verify reservation details, assign rooms, issue keys and provide welcome materials or bell‑service assistance.
• Process departures by confirming charges, handling payments, issuing receipts and accurately using the point‑of‑sale system.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions and local attractions to answer guest inquiries.
• Promote hotel amenities and services through up‑selling techniques to maximize revenue.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve concerns with care and urgency, and manage communications efficiently.
