Hospitality Services Supervisor

About the role

Kuwait Drilling Fluids & Oil Services is looking for an experienced Supervisor – Hospitality Services in Al Ahmadi. The role supervises and coordinates hospitality, janitorial, housekeeping, meeting room and event services across company facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, guest satisfaction and professional service in line with corporate and hotel-style service standards, company policies and HSE requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise hospitality arrangements for management, employees, visitors and VIP guests, including refreshments, catering and guest services.
• Keep meeting rooms clean, properly arranged and fully equipped before each meeting, following hotel-style standards for seating, presentation and refreshments.
• Organize corporate meetings, workshops, training sessions, official visits and company events, covering venue setup, catering, logistics and post-event restoration.
• Supervise cleaning staff so that offices, meeting rooms, reception areas, cafeterias, restrooms and prayer rooms meet cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Prepare duty rosters, allocate tasks, monitor attendance and keep staffing and service coverage adequate at all times.
• Monitor stock of cleaning materials, toiletries, refreshments and hospitality supplies, keep inventory records and arrange timely replenishment.
• Ensure safe handling of cleaning chemicals, correct use of PPE, proper food hygiene, appropriate waste management and compliance with company safety procedures.
• Coordinate with cleaning contractors, catering providers and other vendors, conduct routine inspections, maintain checklists, monitor service quality and submit operational reports to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in hospitality, housekeeping, janitorial supervision, meeting room management, event coordination or a related field.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Hotel Management, Facilities Management or a related field.
• Previous supervisory experience in hospitality, housekeeping or facilities services is preferred.
