Hostess – Front of House Guest Service

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Hostess to join our front‑of‑house team in Kuwait City. You will be the first point of contact for guests, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth operations in a fast‑paced hospitality setting.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a courteous and helpful attitude.
• Provide accurate information about services, menus, and facilities.
• Manage guest seating and waiting lists efficiently.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain a clean and presentable reception area.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred).
• Excellent communication and guest‑handling skills.
• Presentable appearance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Immediate availability and currently residing in Kuwait.
• Local hiring from within the Kuwait market only, with a transferable visa.
