Hotel Electrician – 5 Star Resort

About the role

Join a prestigious 5‑star resort as an Electrician responsible for maintaining and repairing all electrical systems to ensure guest safety and comfort. You will work closely with the engineering team to keep the property operating at peak efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Follow safe work practices and fire procedures for all electrical tasks.
• Respond promptly to guest and health‑safety requests.
• Operate, maintain and repair electrical equipment throughout the hotel.
• Perform preventive maintenance and monitor shift readings to optimise performance.
• Evaluate equipment usage, energy efficiency and suggest improvements.
• Complete work orders, maintain daily log books and update shop drawings.
• Maintain equipment catalogues, tagging directories and health‑safety documentation.
• Participate in departmental meetings and emergency response teams as required.

Required profile

• High school diploma with a technical or trade certification.
• Minimum 2 years of service‑technician experience in the hospitality sector.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Physical ability to perform electrical duties safely.
