About the role
Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a Housekeeping Attendant (Room Attendant) to join its team at Park Inn by Radisson Hotel & Apartments in Kuwait. The housekeeping team takes pride in presentation and spotless rooms, and the attendant works proactively to keep guest satisfaction high and the department running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the rooms
- Make sure pillows are plumped and mirrors are gleaming
- Keep the room tidy and presentable
- Work as part of the housekeeping team to ensure guest satisfaction
Required profile
- Flexibility and a positive attitude
- An eye for detail and ability to solve problems creatively
- Passion for creating excellent service
- Team player with strong verbal communication skills
- Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
