About the role

The Housekeeping Supervisor ensures the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces in a hotel environment. You will lead the housekeeping team, implement cleaning schedules, and uphold high standards to enhance guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and assign daily tasks to Housekeeping Attendants, providing keys and supplies.
• Handle guest requests and complaints, ensuring effective resolution.
• Inspect guest rooms regularly to verify cleanliness and compliance with quality standards.
• Communicate room status with the Front Office for smooth operations.
• Report damaged items to Engineering and follow lost‑and‑found procedures.
• Order supplies, manage inventory, and maintain stock levels.
• Evaluate Attendant performance, give feedback, and report issues to senior housekeeping management.
• Train staff on Standard Operating Procedures and uphold environmental, health, and safety policies.
