HR Coordinator – Kuwait

About the role

The HR Coordinator will support the day‑to‑day delivery of human‑resources operations for NATS in Kuwait. The role ensures compliance with Kuwait Labour Law and internal policies while providing administrative and operational assistance across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding processes, prepare contracts and maintain employee records.
• Manage recruitment activities for local hires and graduate programmes, including job ads, screening, interviews and offer preparation.
• Liaise with payroll providers to ensure accurate monthly payroll, leave, overtime and benefits administration.
• Handle work permits, residency visas, civil ID processes and maintain liaison with the Public Authority for Manpower.
• Act as first point of contact for HR queries, support grievance handling and ensure HR processes follow company policy and Kuwait regulations.
• Monitor probation periods, contract renewals, visa expiries and statutory reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Experience in HR administration or coordination, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Good knowledge of Kuwait Labour Law and related government procedures.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple HR processes simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders and external authorities.
