About the role
We are a leading delivery company in Kuwait seeking an experienced HR Executive to oversee all human‑resources functions and support our growing operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
- Handle employee relations, attendance, and leave administration.
- Coordinate payroll activities and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Process government procedures related to visas, work permits, and other statutory requirements.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of HR experience in Kuwait (preferred).
- Transferable Visa (Article 18) holder.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Immediate availability is a plus.
