HR Manager – Construction Company

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead all human resources functions for a leading construction company in Kuwait. The role involves shaping HR strategy, ensuring compliance, and driving talent acquisition to support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead HR operations and oversee recruitment activities.
• Develop, implement and monitor HR policies ensuring legal compliance.
• Manage employee relations, performance management and training & development programmes.
• Support organisational growth by attracting and retaining top talent.
• Advise senior management on HR best practices and workforce planning.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of HR experience in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, compensation & benefits, and labour laws.
• Proven experience developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (master’s degree advantageous).
• GCC experience is a plus.
