About the role
The HR Manager leads the people and administrative backbone of CODED, ensuring the right talent is recruited, performance is managed, and HR operations run smoothly. This senior management position oversees a Recruiter and an Admin Officer, setting standards and driving results.
Key responsibilities
- Own talent acquisition strategy, manpower planning, hiring standards, and time‑to‑hire metrics while managing the Recruiter.
- Lead performance management, including goal setting, appraisals, calibration, and manager accountability.
- Oversee HR operations such as payroll coordination, employee contracts, labour‑law compliance, and office administration.
- Manage contractor, freelancer, and instructor lifecycles and develop internal internship programmes.
Required profile
- 5+ years of HR experience with at least 2 years managing HR or recruitment staff.
- Proven ability to run a full recruitment function and appraisal cycle.
- Strong knowledge of Kuwaiti labour law, PAM and PIFSS obligations.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
