About the role
NAI Food Group is seeking a motivated HR Officer to join its Kuwait team. The role involves supporting all core HR functions and ensuring smooth employee lifecycle processes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Prepare HR documents, reports, and maintain employee records.
- Coordinate HR matters with various departments.
- Handle staff attendance, leave management, and other day‑to‑day HR operations.
Required profile
- Previous experience in Human Resources.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Kuwait labor law is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to handle recruitment, employee relations, and HR documentation.
- Must be currently residing in Kuwait.
