About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily HR operations, ensure compliance with company policies, and support employee engagement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise HR staff and manage departmental activities.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Prepare HR reports and contribute to strategic planning.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
