HSE Supervisor – Temporary

About the role

The company seeks an experienced HSE Supervisor to oversee health, safety and environmental compliance on a construction project in Kuwait. This temporary role runs until February 2027, with the possibility of extension based on project needs.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure HSE compliance at the project site.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, toolbox talks and safety inductions.
• Oversee safe execution of electrical modifications, steel structure erection and AC/HVAC works.
• Manage high‑risk activities such as PTW, PPE, work‑at‑height, lifting and hot work.
• Report, investigate and follow up on incidents, near‑misses and unsafe conditions.
• Coordinate corrective actions with site teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HSE, Safety, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HSE experience, preferably in construction/MEP projects.
• Experience in Kuwait or GCC environments is an advantage.

Required skills

• NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent HSE certification.
• Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and safety audits.
• Strong knowledge of site safety procedures and high‑risk activity controls.
