Human Resource Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a professional and organized Human Resource Specialist to join our HR team. The role supports a range of HR functions and helps ensure smooth operation of human‑resources processes within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain employee records using HR information systems (HRIS).
• Assist in recruitment and selection, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in performance management processes such as annual reviews and goal‑setting.
• Support compensation and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with management to address HR‑related questions and concerns.
• Prepare and analyse HR reports and metrics.
• Participate in HR initiatives and special projects as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR roles.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR) preferred.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
