Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, shaping HR strategy, supporting change initiatives, and driving employee engagement across the assigned division.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to identify and solve people and cultural challenges, providing HR consulting on performance management, employee relations, organizational design, and succession planning.
• Lead talent management initiatives, ensuring identification, development, and retention of key talent.
• Support organizational changes such as restructurings, mergers, acquisitions, and workforce planning, facilitating smooth transitions.
• Manage HR operations including promotions, role changes, salary adjustments, and position allocations while ensuring compliance.
• Oversee employee relations, handling grievances, disputes, and labor‑law compliance to mitigate legal risk.
• Implement HR programs like performance appraisals, rewards, and recognition aligned with business goals.
• Drive employee engagement and retention strategies, conducting regular feedback sessions to improve satisfaction.
• Ensure job descriptions are accurate, consistent, and compliant with internal guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, with strong expertise in HR strategy and consulting.
• Deep knowledge of employee relations and labor law.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and act as a change agent.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
