About the role
The International Baccalaureate (IB) Coordinator will support the coordination and administration of IB‑related academic programmes at Reborn. This position requires strong organisational, communication and coordination abilities to ensure smooth delivery of the curriculum.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate day‑to‑day activities of IB programmes, including scheduling, documentation and reporting.
- Maintain communication with teachers, students and external IB bodies.
- Assist in the preparation of IB assessments, examinations and related paperwork.
- Provide administrative support for IB events, workshops and training sessions.
- Monitor compliance with IB standards and guidelines.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in IB programmes or academic coordination (preferred).
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience working in an educational environment (preferred).
- Current residence within Kuwait.
