Incident Response Analyst (TS/SCI Clearance)

About the role

As an Incident Response Analyst you will be at the front line of defending V2X’s global operations against cyber‑attacks. You will monitor alerts, investigate breaches, and lead rapid containment and remediation efforts to protect critical data and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts and logs from multiple sources, triage incidents and prioritize based on severity.
• Conduct in‑depth investigations using digital forensics techniques to determine root cause and scope of compromise.
• Contain and eradicate malicious activity, then restore affected systems to a secure state.
• Perform forensic analysis on compromised assets to gather evidence for internal and legal use.
• Proactively hunt for indicators of compromise and emerging threats across the environment.
• Collaborate with IT, legal, senior management and other teams throughout the incident lifecycle.
• Document incidents, produce detailed reports and lead post‑incident lessons‑learned sessions.

Required profile

• Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Experience in incident response, digital forensics, and threat intelligence.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and coordination.
