Indirect Procurement Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Indirect Procurement Lead to own procurement activities across logistics, marketing, IT, HR services, MRO, utilities, and facility management in Kuwait. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to drive cost efficiency and enhance supplier performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and procurement for all indirect categories.
• Manage supplier relationships, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and contract administration.
• Conduct commercial negotiations to secure best value in cost, service, and quality.
• Execute RFQs, tenders, and end‑to‑end contract finalization.
• Identify and implement cost‑optimization and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance, and approval processes.
• Monitor KPIs, savings, and procurement performance reporting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate needs into procurement solutions.
• Support budgeting and cross‑functional cost‑control initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in indirect procurement, preferably within FMCG.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management capabilities.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Based in Kuwait.
