Industrial Painter – Refinery & Petrochemical Projects

About the role

We are seeking experienced Industrial Painters to join a leading Korean engineering and construction firm working on refinery, petrochemical and oil & gas projects in Kuwait. The position involves applying spray coatings on offshore and on‑shore structures, following strict industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform spray painting and coating operations on refinery and petrochemical equipment.
• Prepare surfaces, select appropriate paints and ensure proper application techniques.
• Follow safety and quality procedures on both offshore and on‑shore sites.
• Coordinate with site supervisors to meet project schedules.

Required profile

• SSC or ITI qualification.
• 3 to 6 years of spray‑painting experience in refinery, petrochemical or oil & gas construction projects.
• Minimum 5 years and maximum 10 years of total relevant experience.
• Preferably experience in Gulf countries and with Korean contractors.
