Injection Machine Operator CNC 3-Axis Rubber PVC Products

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Injection Machine Operator with expertise in CNC 3‑axis equipment to produce rubber and PVC items for promotional and custom‑branding applications. The role is based in Shuwaikh, Kuwait and involves close collaboration with design and production teams to deliver innovative products.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and manage injection molding machines and CNC 3‑axis machines.
• Set up machines, adjust parameters, and ensure smooth, high‑quality production of logos, keychains, badges, molds and other promotional items.
• Develop, modify and fine‑tune molds and product designs according to client specifications.
• Monitor production quality, troubleshoot technical issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Optimize processes for efficiency, cost‑effectiveness and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Injection Machine Operator or CNC Operator in rubber and PVC manufacturing.
• Expert‑level proficiency with CNC 3‑axis machines and injection molding equipment.
• Creative problem‑solving ability and capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.
