Investor Relations Associate

About the role

The Investor Relations Associate supports the IR team by delivering market intelligence, coordinating stakeholder engagements, and handling administrative tasks that ensure accurate and timely communication with investors and regulators.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct peer bank benchmarking and comparative financial performance analysis.
• Monitor industry developments, market trends, regulatory changes, and macro‑economic events affecting the banking sector.
• Prepare market intelligence summaries and assist in creating investor and management briefing materials.
• Maintain IR databases, contact lists, investor records, and engagement logs.
• Coordinate logistics for investor meetings, earnings calls, and other stakeholder engagements.
• Facilitate communication between IR and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficient meeting coordination.
• Manage administrative aspects such as vendor relationships, contract administration, purchase requests, invoice processing, and payment follow‑up.
• Maintain records related to IR activities and regulatory filings, and support ad‑hoc research and analysis as requested by management.
