Investor Relations Specialist

About the role

The Investor Relations Specialist will support the expansion of the IR function by preparing all investor‑facing material, managing communications with rating agencies and the investment community, and assisting in the production of the Group’s annual reports. The role also involves building relationships with analysts and fund managers to foster trust and ongoing dialogue.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with investors, rating agencies and other external parties.
• Create and update presentations, fact sheets and other IR documentation.
• Analyse bank performance locally and regionally, produce competitor analysis reports and highlight market trends.
• Collect investor information and help prepare quarterly and annual shareholder reports.
• Develop, update and maintain an internal IR database for regional and international banks.
• Perform peer reviews and comparable analysis of different banking systems.
• Summarise financial and operational information from third‑party sources and produce feedback reports on market performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or Finance.
• Professional finance certification such as CFA is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in investor relations, finance or banking analysis.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.

• Strong MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent analytical abilities and comfort working with numbers.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
