IT & Branch Systems Support Officer

About the role

We are seeking an IT & Branch Systems Support Officer to maintain and support the technology infrastructure across multiple restaurant locations in Kuwait. The role combines network administration, hardware maintenance, and on‑site troubleshooting to ensure seamless operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Ubiquiti/UniFi infrastructure, including Dream Machine, access points, switches, cameras, and UniFi OS/Controller.
• Maintain LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, PoE, printers, CCTV, IP phones, and basic networking components.
• Support POS systems, aggregator devices, Epson/KOT printers, Zebra label printers, barcode scanners, and other restaurant IT peripherals.
• Troubleshoot issues remotely and travel to branches for on‑site resolution.
• Provide 24/7 on‑call support for operations‑critical incidents and ensure issues are fully resolved.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Ubiquiti/UniFi solutions.
• Proven knowledge of LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, PoE, and basic networking.
• Familiarity with restaurant‑specific hardware such as POS terminals, printers, and barcode scanners.
• Ability to work independently, follow up persistently, and be available for emergency calls.
