IT Business Partner

About the role

The IT Business Partner acts as the strategic bridge between the IT department and business units, ensuring that technology initiatives align with business goals and deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic IT plans in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Research emerging technologies and promote industry best practices.
• Prepare and manage the IT budget aligned with business priorities.
• Lead project management activities to meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets.
• Oversee external vendors, including contracts, SLAs, and payments.
• Coordinate incident, service request, and change management to meet agreed service levels.
• Digitize and streamline business processes, reducing manual effort.
• Support Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives and ensure data governance.
• Review and align roles and authorizations with security standards.
• Facilitate IT steering committee meetings, cost reviews, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, licensing, and audit requirements.
• Organize user training to maximize system utilization.
• Manage change requests, BRD quality, UAT, and solution delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• Proven experience delivering and managing complex IT projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and end‑to‑end IT delivery experience.
• Experience working with implementation partners (fixed‑price or time‑and‑material).
• Ability to understand business processes and drive digital transformation.
