IT Support Specialist – Help Desk

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, service‑oriented IT Support Specialist to deliver first‑line technical assistance across the organization. The role focuses on troubleshooting hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and basic network issues while supporting employee onboarding and offboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support to end users.
• Install and configure computers, printers, software, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network problems.
• Support Microsoft 365 users and resolve access‑related issues.
• Escalate complex incidents to senior teams when required.
• Maintain IT documentation and asset records.
• Handle employee IT onboarding and offboarding, including account and device setup.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to two years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Willingness to learn and strong problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Microsoft 365 administration.
• Active Directory basics.
• Fundamental networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Printer configuration and support.
• CCNA or MCSA certification (preferred).
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ‑900) or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS‑900) knowledge (advantage).
