About the role

The IT Systems & Network Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s Windows Server environment, internal networks, and IT infrastructure across all branches in Kuwait. This role ensures reliable connectivity, data protection, and technical support for end‑users.

Key responsibilities

Manage Windows Server, Active Directory accounts, permissions, and server backups.
Maintain internal networks, troubleshoot IP, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, and router/switch configurations.
Monitor and resolve cloud‑based connectivity issues between branches.
Operate and maintain the main telephone system, IP PBX/VoIP, extensions, and call forwarding.
Install, configure, and maintain IP CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, network cabling, and network points.
Provide on‑site technical support at company branches and respond to critical issues outside regular hours.
