Junior Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are a growing logistics company seeking a motivated Junior Logistics Coordinator to support our daily operations and financial processes. This role offers the chance to work closely with customers, suppliers, and transport providers while gaining valuable experience in logistics and accounting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment records.
• Coordinate communications with customers, suppliers, and transport providers.
• Maintain operational and financial records.
• Support the preparation of reports and audits.
• Follow up on deliveries, documentation, and other administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of logistics experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
