Laser Technician

About the role

The Laser Technician will deliver laser-based cosmetic treatments such as hair removal and skin rejuvenation in a safe, professional manner. You will assess each client’s skin type and medical history, provide clear pre‑ and post‑treatment guidance, and ensure a positive experience through excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal and skin treatment procedures.
• Maintain and calibrate laser equipment.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and medical guidelines.
• Assess patient skin type and medical history before each session.
• Educate clients on pre‑treatment preparation and post‑treatment care.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service and address client needs.
• Follow established protocols for any laser cutting procedures as required.

Required profile

• Valid Kuwait Ministry of Health (MOH) license.
• Proficiency in laser hair removal and related techniques.
• Experience operating laser systems and equipment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to follow protocols with attention to detail and safety.
• Relevant certification or training in laser use; prior similar experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
