Lead Field Service Representative

About the role

Join Nalco Water’s purpose‑driven team as a Lead Field Service Representative, supporting water treatment systems across diverse industries. You will work hands‑on in the field, building trusted relationships with customers while delivering solutions that protect vital resources and improve operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Solve complex, multi‑disciplinary problems and lead the creation of troubleshooting guides and bulletins.
• Conduct site surveys, product audits, and sampling for chemical program monitoring.
• Manage inventory of chemical delivery systems and coordinate sampling schedules.
• Deliver chemicals, perform field evaluations of new products, and support pre‑trial surveys.
• Prepare detailed reports, assist sales with business proposals, and participate in design reviews and start‑up evaluations.
• Mentor service representatives and support the Quality Improvement Process.
• Provide on‑site and remote technical service, promptly reporting incidents or near‑misses.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of post‑secondary education (college or technical school).
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Experience in a technical service role, preferably with water filtration or industrial/mechanical environments.
• Ability to travel within a geographic territory and overnight as needed.
