Production Operator – Paint Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a Production Operator for our paint manufacturing plant in Kuwait. The role involves hands‑on work on the production line to ensure smooth processing of raw materials and finished paint products.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload raw materials and charge them into tanks according to batch cards.
• Operate various production machinery and equipment.
• Prepare raw materials, mix and process them following standard procedures.
• Liaise with quality control to make final paint adjustments.
• Fill approved paint products and handle packaging.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and follow safety protocols.

Required profile

• High school graduate (12th grade) or equivalent.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a paint factory or chemical manufacturing environment.
• Certified Fire Fighter and First Aider are a plus.
• Forklift driving knowledge preferred.
